AUSTIN  (March 21, 2016)  The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $234,219, consisting of a $165,000 loan and $69,219 in loan forgiveness, from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to the Greater Texoma Utility Authority (Grayson County) on behalf of the City of Sadler. The City will be able to finance the planning, design, and construction costs associated with wastewater system improvements.

In addition to the savings from the loan forgiveness, the City could save approximately $32,000 over the life of the loan by using the Clean Water State Revolving Fund.

The City will make improvements at its wastewater treatment plant with the assistance approved today.
