AUSTIN – (January 8, 2015) – The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $4,996,250, consisting of a $1,820,000 loan and $3,176,250 in loan forgiveness from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, to the Angelina -and- Neches River Authority (Angelina County).
