AUSTIN – (June 6, 2023) – The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $24,000,000 to Maverick County, consisting of $7,200,000 in financing and $16,800,000 in grant funding from the Economically Distressed Areas Program (EDAP).
