AUSTIN – (March 5, 2024) – The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount $8,480,000 to the City of Leonard (Fannin County), consisting of $4,325,000 in financing and $4,155,000 in principal forgiveness, from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF).
