AUSTIN – (April 16, 2026) – The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $6,869,850 to the City of Grapeland (Houston County), consisting of $935,000 in financing and $5,934,850 in principal forgiveness from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF). The City will also develop an asset management plan.
