AUSTIN – (March 13, 2025) – The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved financial assistance totaling $75,852,178 for water and wastewater projects.
- $2,421,180 to the Ericksdahl Water Supply Corporation (Jones County) for water system improvements
- $3,795,919 to the City of Big Spring (Howard County) for a lead service line inventory and replacement project
- $1,326,530 to the City of Coleman (Coleman County) for a lead service line inventory and replacement project
- $2,938,775 to the City of Denver City (Yoakum County) for a lead service line inventory and replacement project
- $3,040,816 to the City of Ennis (Ellis County) for a lead service line inventory and replacement project
- $1,040,000 to the City of Benjamin (Knox County) for water system improvement projects
- $521,475 to the Chatt Water Supply Corporation (Hill County) for water system improvements
- $367,500 to the City of Strawn (Palo Pinto County) for water system improvements
- $7,965,000 to the City of Wills Point (Van Zandt County) for water system improvements
- $4,450,000 to the Ames-Minglewood Water Supply Corporation (Liberty County) for water system improvements
- $2,775,800 to the City of Bandera (Bandera County) for water system improvements
- $3,810,000 to the City of Daingerfield (Morris County) for water system improvements

The TWDB is the state agency charged with collecting and disseminating water-related data, assisting with regional water and flood planning, and preparing the state water and flood plans. The TWDB administers cost-effective financial assistance programs for the construction of water supply, wastewater treatment, flood mitigation, and agricultural water conservation projects.
